1. Sponsor
This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Flexe, Inc., 568 1st Ave. S., Suite #400, Seattle, WA 98104 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 7:30 a.m. CT on June 23, 2026 and ends at 4:00 p.m. CT on June 24, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
4. How to Enter
(a) Primary Method: Visit the Flexe booth at Reuters Supply Chain USA 2026 in Chicago, Illinois, and scan the QR code displayed at the booth. On the landing page (https://discover.flexe.com/market-insights?subscribe=insights), provide your name and email address and click “Subscribe.” Completing and submitting the form constitutes one (1) entry into the Giveaway and will subscribe the entrant to Flexe market insights communications.
(b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without scanning the QR code, visit the Flexe booth during the Entry Period and provide a Flexe representative with your full name and email address. You may do so by presenting a business card or by providing the information verbally or in writing to the representative, who will record your entry. No newsletter subscription or other action is required. Entries submitted via this method have the same chance of winning as entries submitted by scanning the QR code.
All entry methods have equal dignity. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void.
5. Newsletter Subscription
Entering via the QR code method (Section 4(a)) requires submitting the subscription form, which will subscribe the entrant to Flexe market insights communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Entrants who wish to enter the Giveaway without subscribing to the newsletter may do so using the Alternate Method of Entry described in Section 4(b). Newsletter subscription is not required to enter or win, and subscribing does not increase your chances of winning.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Away luggage piece (model: The Carry-On Flex). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $325. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee by Sponsor. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about June 26, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days and provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Up to two (2) alternate drawings may be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
9. Prize Conditions
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must complete, sign, and return a Winner Acknowledgment and Release form within seven (7) calendar days of notification. The form may be returned by email (scanned or electronic signature) or mail. Failure to return the required form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the prize. The prize will be shipped to the winner’s confirmed mailing address within thirty (30) days of Sponsor’s receipt of the completed form. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize, including income tax on the ARV of the prize. Sponsor will not issue a Form 1099-MISC for prizes with an ARV below the applicable IRS reporting threshold (currently $2,000 for tax year 2026), but the winner remains responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://flexe.com/privacy-policy/. Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and deliver the prize. If an entrant subscribes to Flexe market insights communications through the QR code entry method, the entrant’s email address will also be used to send periodic marketing communications from which the entrant may unsubscribe at any time.
11. General Conditions and Limitations of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries; (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer equipment, servers, providers, software, or email; or (d) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising from or relating to this Giveaway shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles, and shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
13. Illinois-Specific Disclosures
Consistent with the Illinois Prizes and Gifts Act (815 ILCS 525):
- Sponsor’s true name and principal place of business: Flexe, Inc., 568 1st Ave. S., Suite #400, Seattle, WA 98104.
- Retail value of the prize: $325.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this Giveaway.
- A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
- Odds of receiving the prize: dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
- No shipping, handling, or other charges are required to receive the prize.
- Prize delivery is not subject to any restriction other than the eligibility and documentation requirements stated in these Official Rules.
Sponsor shall deliver the prize to the winner by shipping it to the winner’s confirmed mailing address. In all cases, Sponsor shall deliver the prize within thirty (30) days of the winner’s completion of all required documentation.
14. Winner’s List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Flexe, Inc., Attn: Reuters Supply Chain 2026 Giveaway Winner’s List, 568 1st Ave. S., Suite #400, Seattle, WA 98104. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.
